Bernini Ruby Berry Ginger Cocktail

Hey guys! So it’s been so hot of late, I decided to experiment with some Bernini Ruby Berry and make a refreshing cocktail… and it came out DELICIOUS!
 
This recipe was very easy, fun and quick, so you don’t need to be a certified mixologist to pull it off, and you’ll have just enough to share with all your friends.
 
FOR THE COCKTAIL, YOU WILL NEED:
 
• 6 Pack Bernini Ruby Red
• 4 500ml bottles of ginger beer
• A pack of litchis
• A pack of strawberries 
• Mint leaves
• Strawberry and mint ice cubes
FOR THE STRAWBERRY & MINT ICE CUBES, YOU WILL NEED:
 
• Water
• Ice tray
• Strawberries
• Mint leaves 
METHOD – ICE CUBES:
 
• Cut the mint leaves and strawberries in tiny pieces and throw them into each cube compartment. 
• Add water
• Freeze
 
METHOD – COCKTAIL:
 
• Add the strawberry and mint  ice cubes in each glass once they’ve frozen.
• Deseed the litchis and throw in two or three halves in each glass
• Pour in the ginger beer using a ratio 1:2 (ginger beer: Bernini Ruby Berry) in your glass.
• Pour in the Bernini Ruby Berry frizzante at a 45 degree angle, this so as to avoid the ginger beer and the frizzante mixing (double colour cocktail effect)
• Garnish with a mint leaf, and enjoy!
